Unfortunately, now that I look for the file, I remember part of the
"fun" of getting a default sqafix.cfg setup....  The
install_tree" directory is part of a tar file that isn't in CVS..... 
I haven't had a chance to ask Wes yet, but I suspect that install_tree
structure contains files from various public sources, but we might not have
permission to handle as part of the source code tree yet.....  I'm not sure
of the reason for the seperate .tar.gz archive yet, but I also have
explicitly looked for documentation on the split....

In any case, documentation is needing a major update once we get Max
cleaned up and cleanly running (including mex) under Linux / Unix
environments....
