| subject: | Physio... 3. |
On or about 08-06-09 13:06, Ardith Hinton allegedly uttered "Physio... 3." to James Bradley: JB> Physical exertion, and walking to free parking were JB> tantamount to my character. AH> I can certainly relate to the latter. Years ago AH> I often walked long distances to avoid paying bus fares. AH> That was then. This is now.... :-) That's saying a mouthful! AH> I understand & appreciate better now what the AH> older waitresses meant when they said "Use your head to AH> save your feet!" Either way, it didn't make a big AH> difference to me until I'd reached more or less the age they were.... AH> :-)) "Sensible foot ware" seems prominent in my recollection of past wisdom. Today, with so many concrete environments, it seems like survival strategy to save your back. Grand dad had a saying, "Buy a good pair a shoes, and a good bed. When you get out of one, you get into the other." AH> If you feel you're making progress, I won't quibble about AH> how you're going about it. I've derived a lot of benefit from AH> therapies which some people would regard (at best) as Catch this. I did mention to my doctor about my waking to gasp for breath. He, the sleep specialist, and the student MD years ago thought nothing of it. Well, the specialist suspected I was experiencing a gap between my conscious effort to breath, and the subconscious taking over when sleep states change. After a night at the hospital, they found out I almost classify as severe sleep apnia. Another under the category of, "What in the hills do I know." Thanks for insisting I bring it up (AGAIN B-)! I have you to blame for yet *another* computer in my bedroom, and a HUGE increase in the amount of plumbing attached to one. ...
