What is the difference between someone killing a fish from the pet store, or 
killing one from a local creek or pond?  If the person does not know how to 
take care of the animal, and they kill it, then they are needlessly killing a 
fish either way.  Instead of of pushing people towards local fish, let's push 
people towards education.
