We do it with 3.x and 4.x servers but I'm not the person that set 
it up ... I've only had a look.  I've also never "gen'ed" an image.
According to the BootWare Users Guide;
LSL
RPLODI   (must be used with all ODI drivers)
NE2000
IPXODI
NETX     (or VLM)
LOGIN
