He got it figured out.  Contacted a freight forwarder in brooklyn with
an agent in LA.  Everything should be here by the end of this week...
then we have to figure out where to put 2 computers....and he will be
back online again.

I'm disappointed that I didn't make it back to the W. Coast this year.
However, we might be coming back next summer (his parents still live 
there, you know)...and we're thinking about buying a truck out there
(California cars...) and driving it back east.  Don't know for sure,
but we're thinking about it.
