Greetings, I beg to disagree! There is an effort on the part of RAC
(Radio Amateurs of Canada) to force its version of the voluntary bandplan
down the throats of Canadian Amateurs. To date however the general population
and Industry Canada dont seem to be too concerned with the political
goings-on of the near-defunct RAC!
 
For me and many others that live in Near Middle Earth there is alot
of CW traffic to hear. I don't know about you guys on the left coast
but The Atlantic portions of Canada are VERY Active on the CW portions
of the band.
 
Just my two cents worth!
