I didn't mean protocols and junk. I don't think many sysops have the funds to
get FIBRE OPTIC links and SATELITE links. Normal telephones cannot cope with
large amounts of data (at least, not instantanious).

Yeah, true. But if you want to install PERMANENT links for these systems,
that's your problem. HTML etc. need permanent links. I'm sure as hell not
going to pay for it. Maybe the BIG BBSs can afford it, but I can't. Another
thing, the internet protocols are also designed to share a link. 1 cable or 1
satelite channel. Normal fone lines just can't be shared, which means 1 user at
a time, one way.
