 WAł  I hope it finishes soon! I think I have 2 visits to go and it
 WAł  will all be done.  I know that this last visit was absolutely
 WAł  horrible!  I had such bad panic attacks and it didn't help
 WAł  that the dentist was running late. That made it worse for me...
 WAł  having to sit and wait. And I couldn't take any more Xanax
 WAł  because if I did I wouldn't have been able to drive home.
  I'm sorry you had this experience.  Waiting is always hard for me.  As
long as I'm busy I do o.k. but give me time to think or feel the anxiety
and I have a hard time.  I take a stuffed animal with me to the dentist.
My dentist doesn't mind at all.  It is a tiny brown bear and I named him
Dennis. He only goes out when it is time for me to go to the dentist.
I've have always hated the dentist.  In fact I have been known to have a
panic attack just getting ready to call for an appointment.  Now that I
know about the injection it has helped allot.  Not compeletly, but allot.
I finally got to do some stamping.  I made two birthday cards and a "I love
you" card for my son and dil.  It felt so good to be stamping again.  I'm
hoping to get time to do more this week.
Do you get Creative_Arts echo?  It is just for stamping and pergamano. Come
on over and join us.  It is getting fairly slow over there and we miss our
stamp talk.
