I believe Vlist did that on purpose knowing that it would not meet the test
of the way FIDONEWS articles are to be distrubited.

He isn't doing his job at all, let alone adequately.

That's exactly why I quit posting there.  I'm not looking to fight anyone. 
My main purposes are to 1) keep in touch with those who aren't
antagonistic, and 2) share information of a constructive nature.
