Who is the connection between Santana and Journey? This is one I've 
missed somehow... a little like hearing that Syd Barrett moved on to 
start Loverboy or something (although this would explain much of his 
psychosis).  The choc. mesc. thing made me laugh... I remember those 
days; strawberry was another variety (coincidence?) and something 
called "organic"... must've been flea powder or something. I remember 
once at a Rod Stewart show, somebody approached me with:"Purple 
Maruvian Hash-Bud..." I'm still wiping my eyes over that one. 
                Good to hear from ya Kenneth: I lost some messages, 
changing bbs's. (found 'em last night.)  BTW, ever seen Grand Funk in 
concert? I did, but only AFTER the lapse.  Good, though.
Carlos Santana does some pretty good work (alas, too little) on JL 
Hooker's last coupla albums, worth a listen. I think they were both 
impressed to be recording with one another.   Must dash--
