Restricted to DAP members. I believe DAP membership is not *quite* open
to all. It would have a smaller flow, and would be a slightly more private
place to discuss DAP specific issues.

Hopefully, it would have some credibility with IBM as well - they might
be persuated to post DAP related stuff there, reducing the need to
dial an IBM BBS thats normally a LD call. You only poll when you know
you need to.

Currently, its most likely to go on the OS2NET. 81:440/4 will be carrying it
just as soon as I can get Binkly to believe I'm in two zones.
