Since the handle is being passed,  and the port is NOT being
re-opened,deny-none is not required.  In fact,  to be sure no other session
comes along to screw things up,  the parent program should be opening the
port with "deny read/write".

The only thing you need to worry about is OPEN_FLAGS_NOINHERIT,  which is
NOT the default -- so as long as you don't specify this you're ok.
