I have a quesion for you what can a person do if they know of some one
who is littering a beautiful mountain side with dirty old newspapers..
with dog dookee in them? I have tried to keep this mountain side clean
and now we got this problem and i don't know who or where to go.. It use
to be so very beautiful to walk there now it is an eye sore.. :-( and
that makes me very sad.. I have picked bags and bags of garbage up but
now it would take me forever to get all those papers up and they are
starting to blow in my yard.. Please help me if you can!  :-)
