Hmmm. With 0.8h my iomanip.h really was just those three lines of 'code'.
Very odd. I have now upgraded to 0.9a and I have a perfectly normal
iomanip.h, including setw. Maybe my 0.8h installation was incomplete if you
had a full iomanip.h.
