Welcome to this timeline.  Just slid in, huh?  :-)
The movie Casino Royale was a spoof of James Bond movies.  It
featured Woody Allen, Peter Sellers, and David Niven, IIRC.  Sean
Connery did not appear.  The finale featured an exploding casino with e
bevy of mini-skirted bases running helter skelter.  It is never counted
as part of the franchise.
However the topic here is Star Trek.  Somebody misidentified the TNG
episode "The Royale" as "Casino Royale."  I think we have satisfactorily
made the correction.  :-)
