    Not that I know of.
    And there probably won't be.  Federal courts have been very willing to 
mess around with _discrimination_ disputes at colleges involving sex or race 
discrimination, but the federal courts have just about said they won't get 
into disputes over grades etc.  The courts just aren't willing to take on 
"academic" disputes.
