My x-trainer said that horses had to learn to stand still no matter what when 
you were working on them...I kind of agree, but not to the degree she 
demanded it...phew!!

Great!  So glad you're getting him used to all this.  Wish I had the time and 
wherewithall to get Fiddle accustomed.  There's a benefit trail ride for our 
local MSPCA and Equine Resque in September...I'm going to aim for both Fiddle 
and Shiloh to be ready to do it.  Have to find someone with a trailer to get 
them used to being trucked, and also get them used to the trail! Guess I've 
got my work cut out for me, huh?  Nothing like being lazy, Meg!
