Dallas is the male head of the AH> household & I refer to him as "His Nibs" on occasion. You AH> are also the male head of a household. :-) Examining: *House* that *holds* my crap. Ya, that fits. B-) AH> watching Monty Python on TV before Nora came into our AH> lives. I should have guessed you might be a fan as AH> well.... :-) During regular broadcasts, I found it marginally funny. It could have been that by the time I saw my first episode, the material was getting thin. Once earlier episodes were rerun,I found it far more entertaining, but obviously I was more able to comprehend the juxtaposition of the humour. PBS ran a Best Of series just recently, so I've seen many skits of early episodes for the first time, as well as understanding more about the actors. AH> I think you mean "expands". Our vocabulary AH> expands, we expound... for example, I learn a new word such Often, the first word suggested by the spiel chunker is selected by route. I can't fathom what finger fumble produced that one, but chances are good whiskey was involved. AH> as "rhabdomyosarcoma" & then explain to others that it's a AH> type of cancer. "Who signed me up for *this?*" JB> I was diagnosed with bursitis lately, AH> Same with me. For example... it's caused by AH> repetitive motion such as sorting letters into pigeonholes, AH> or (in your case) maybe hammering nails. The bursae are So wrong! Since dropping the pain killers, sleeping on my afflicted hip is my preferred position. The inflammation pain is a relief from the usual maladies, so I repeatedly irritate it willingly. AH> I think you mean "pooh-poohed". ;-) That one, was a pure foible. JB> "If you approach it convinced it won't work, it surely JB> will not, but if you give it a chance, it just might AH> Yes, my response would be much the same.... :-) If they are blocking the kernel, plant a seed?
