Calling them "Neo" would be good, although I can hear Hollywood lawyers
sharpening their pencils now. "Upstarts" works though and I can't think of
anyone who'd have a problem with it. How about "New Blood"? Ok, WCW used
that name but they can hardly sue Vince now he's owns the WCW intellectual
property.

Not sure, the America/Canada gimmick's been done to death now plus it buys
into the hyper-nationalism going around at the moment and just manages to
piss off the international fans. The hyper-patriotic Canadian bit might work
if they leave the America bashing at home. Del Wilkes did that quite well
when he was in the WWF and feuding with Bret Hart as he pshed the idea that
everyone should be proud of their country and what it stands for while
having a rivalry with other nations. It worked well in that feud as what he
was attacking wasn't Canada but a wrestler who happened to be Canadian. It's
a tricky balance to get right but it works well when it's done.
