My Pit just looks at me or makes one low woof if anything on his
schedule is due to him.

I feed Spanky IAMS for less active dogs chicken not lamb
and a raw turkey neck every day.
Judith Bandsma turned me on to the turkey necks.

This seems to work for him as he's three years older than typical
for breed and doing rather well.

He'll eat Friskies chicken, beef and cheese at 1/3rd the cost
but it's mostly bulk cereal and I don't short change Spanky.

Every once in a while he gets steak and potatoes or
a macaroni and cheese dinner.
