I know the feeling, but this is not a reason for me to disconnect, just read
messages later or not all messages.

My message editor collects all mail addressed to me so I can answer them
first.

What do you mean with "heavy programming"? No other languages than Basic and
beginning in C? I program in Clipper, Pascal, assembler, REXX.
