Sounds like the print to pdf is all they need then. It works well for the
usage you describe. I often will print a web page to pdf from inside
internet explorer or mozilla so that I can get a single file with all the
graphics and colors preserved. Works much better than saving as html only
in terms of preserving the on-screen look and feel of the web page.
