Are you using the paid or free version?  I never got far with primopdf
because after loading it and test pdf'ing my legal stationery, I found it
did not render the documents as well as other programs.  Does it put a
message in the document?  Primo PDF has the equivalent of that ini file,
its just built into one of the binaries.  They all use the same technique.
Printer port redirection, in effect, to redirect a post-script printer
driver output into ghostscript and then use ghostscript's write PDF
commands.  Just like the roll your own method does and just like cutepdf
and pdf995 does.
