It was the Jewish leaders who turned a deaf ear to their Messiah's
kingdom offer.  It was the majority who viewed Jesus as just another
"messiah."  It was the majority of the earlier followers who dropped
out of the picture when He ceased to feed their physical appetites and
began to try to feed their spiritual necessities.  It was the Jewish
people who dropped away, shouting, "Crucify him" when only days before
they had shouted, "Hosanna."

But that is only the historical reality.  The fact is, every man, woman
and child who was ever born to an active role of nailing the God-Man
onto that wooden cross.
