Most of the gateways are for use by their respective nets.  Check with
your sysop who should know.  I notice you're using a Bluewave door. 
Again, contact your sysop and see if he/she has enabled the internet
gate portion of the Bluewave door if he has access to one.  Works like a
charm here.
1:1/31 was pulled out of service close to a year ago due to abuse and
extreme traffic flow.
