Graham is an Arminian. Not doubt there. Also, his ministry style is
and pretty much has been, pluralistic in that he witnesses to all. He
is not a theologian and readily admits to that fact. He was much
criticised by his associations with the various US presidencies, esp
Clinton. I honestly believe that he never brushes the proverbial dust
off his feet. His ministry paradigm is that there is always hope. I
believe that Guinness talks about this aspect of Graham in relation to
the absolute character of truth. Graham has also been criticised about
coming into a city, saving a bunch of people and then leaving. Later
on, he began working with area churches.
I think Graham's basic philosophy of ministry is, save them all and let
God do dividing.
