Pity the problem THEY were complaining about and which USR ADMITTED
was a fault, was a quite DIFFERENT one, very poor thruput a long way

stupid users who couldnt set their systems up right. The evidence,
particularly USR ADMITTING a problem, suggests otherwise. Why the
hell would USR ADMIT to a problem if there was no problem ?
