Ok I'm new at this... I haven't got a scanne ryet but I want to try to get 
one.  I'm looking for one that has the freqeuncy range of a normal scanner 
plus 800-900MHz and whatever more.  I'm looking for the cheapest.  Does

know what make/model of a scanner I am looking for?   I haven't visited Radio 
Shack yet.  Also how far can one recieve?
