I've been using BBS's for so long, my oldest son was still a child and he's
35 now, but I've never really understood much about how they work.  Even
the word "gated" means nothing to me.  Don't feel you have to fill me in
though....especially here. Thanks for the explanation of RC......the only
person I ever really knew about was my own local sysop (or in my case,
several of them).

So....you showed us where to find pictures of your area, taken by someone
else.   I assume you are interested in photography or you would not have
wandered in here.  Of all the people here, I am the most amateur.  I love
to take pictures of the beauty around me, and have found the people here to
be very helpful and encouraging.  I hope you enjoy it here as much as I
have.
