FYI:

Apparently, someone else beat fortypoundhead to it as well. This page
entered 4/25/2007 is identical to the code posted by Simon Sheppard to
amb.nt on 5/10/2002. His batch including the bug footnote was copied
verbatim from http://www.ss64.com/nt/ver.html which was last modified
8/12/06.
