"The Court..." as a possible #1? Could be...fact is, I was just thinkin
of 21st Century
Schizoid Man...
Speaking of Greg Lake, however, what about Works Vol.I?
I assume ELP fits the prog criteria. On a slightly more manipulated
level, Brian Eno/David Byrne's "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts" was a
solid unit, Tull's Thick as a Brick plays well and Burnt Weenie
Sandwich is great for children's parties. Yessongs worked well... I
guess it all shakes down like this: I couldn't pick one myself, but
it's sure been fun remembering them all... I just picked up a 1.96
cassette of King Crimson at wal-mart, of all places. Fairly recent re-
release of several tunes from the "Court of the CK" album. Surprise,
eh? Or, far Frippin' out. 'Fore I go, let me ask you (it's been
bugging me for a week now) Could I possibly have seen Ainsley Dunbar
drumming for Journey? I recall they had an excellent drummer...
familiar, even. Never bothered to look up the Journey story though...
afraid someone I know might've seen me.
                                Deepformal Bow,
                                    --BG--
Wow... now that I think of it, Royal Scam, Night at the Opera and Black
Market were awfully decent, too. So where did those 4finger days go?
