Scott will not support the WinFOSSIL approach, he thinks it's an ugly kludge. 
 He has told me there are other ways to work around this problem that would 
be more appropriate.  However, I don't forsee anything forthcoming from him 
any time soon.  His suggestion would be to use NT, where the problem doesn't 
exist.  :-)
