Sorry for getting back to you so late.  There was a problem that backed up 
fido mail for almost a week here.
I did some checking, and you are right!  I can accept an international Money 
Order for the amount agreed upon as long as it is in U.S dollars.  Now you 
must incure the cost of the international money order and this should work!
