Oh, OK.  I have a checkbox on Opera's toolbar to turn JavaScript on and
off.   Plus, the site management ability allows me to specify the
default value of the checkbox on a per-site basis.

I'm finding that I'm turning JavaScript off more and more lately.  It is
really being abused.
