I too doubt that a human presents will depart the class room. I also
find it difficult to believe that adequate knowledge transfer can be done
with fifty students in a class room in some subjects unless the students
are highly motivated. I do see a time that computers could free
teachers from roll taking, grade posting ect. Computerized test could
be used in many subject areas which could automatically be graded, logged
and averaged into the overall GPA for the class. The teacher would only
have to grade portions that were not suitable to that format. Sorry,
math would probably be a tough one to do this with after about the sixth
grade. TC
