It's just that the owner hates voice mail and automated phone systems so we
won't do that to our customers. OTOH I have pretty much unlimited funding
and no restrictions on what I can do with the web side of things anymore
(once they saw how much business I could bring in that way) so I'm in the
middle of a rework of our ordering system for online use.

That's what makes this job fun .
