 fwiw, it doesn print "2" when I compiled it.  I believe I'm running emx
 10a.  I know I applied the a "10x" patch that came through one of the PDN
 filebones recently.

 Here's what my emxrev.cmd shows....

EMX : revision = 18

EMXLIBC : revision = 25
EMXWRAP : revision = 17
