can somebody verify this ? emx 0.9a seems to to have a serious bug, in the
crt runtime dll. All file open calls will fail for file names longer than
8.3. If you use the static lib all works as it should.

I'll try to recompile the library and see if that changes anything. What
good are development tools for OS/2 if they can only handle 8.3 file names
?
