You should have recveived it by now, as it was Snailed last Monday or
Tuesday.
 
I believe that the 2 resistors which cooked and fell off the board may be
missing.  I looked for them but couldn't locate them.  (Apparently they
fell out when I had it on the shelf with several other items).  I hope
you can find service literature on it, since both resistors were so cooked
that the value could not be determined either with an ohmmeter or by
reading the color code.
