Has anyone used RXSQL.ZIP, a REXX interface to Sybase SQL server?

Its function is RXSQLQUERY but I can not get it to run.  I get
"Function not found".  The DLL that came with the archive included
is placed in the right path.

I have only tested it on Warp and the program 8/18/93 said the
DLL is a 16bit code compiled for OS/2 1.3 but said it worked
fine under 2.x.

It uses Sybase 16bit DBLib and was tested on LAN Server over
named pipes.

I have not been able to contact the author Makoto Nagata.

Please let me know if you have gotten this program to work or
know any other DLL for OS/2 that would allow me to retrieve
from SQL Sever. (other than ISQL for OS/2)
