Most definitely....Besides min. blocks and cuttle bone, I also use
calcium power in their food.  Ofcourse I have tiels but have never
experience problems since being in this mode...going on about 7 years.

The max number of clutches I've ever allowed my better pairs to have was
3 and I did not like that.  I wouldn't push my luck..
