That sounds like the same show I saw. I gathered it only affected
non-ruminate grass eaters that eat too many oats. (Something about the
multi-stomach's being better prepared for the digestion...) I also suspect
it was more a problem with the intestine bulging through the diaphragm, but
it was some time ago I saw it, and it may have not been the same program
anyway.
