No Rob.  I've been downloading and reading a lot of the RFC's lately,
but there's more than a lot on file (they're up to what, 1768 last I
checked):  this is the first humour I've run across.

I wonder though.  Since the ArpaNet was designed to withstand a nuclear
attack, do they have a proposed standard for transmission of IP
datagrams via cockroach?
