I just grabbed the latest cvs version and did a "make build".  It
compiled.  I still have to install it but I just wanted you to know that I
am up to speed.  I'll try it later and see if that problem is still there. 
It possibly could have been a configuration error on my part.

Anyhow it builds!  :-)
