That's a little pricey. I saw the opinion expressed a while back that "anything more than a dollar a gig is too much", and I think I agree with that. I have all three brands here plus Quantum and Fujitsu, and don't have a problem with any of them, so I don't have that much of a brand preference these days. It should be interesting to find out. Does the TV have any monitor-style inputs? Apparently "s-video" is the big thing these days. I have a video card here now that has that connector on the back of it, but no cable and nothing at the other end with that sort of connection available. My big tv in the living room just has typical composite input RCA jacks, in addition to the usual RF input. WC> Looking at smallish print on the T.V. Our big set is 25", which used to be considerd a good-sized TV, and it amazes me how often stuff on the screen is unreadable. I don't necessarily blame the TV, though, as much as those who put the ads together. ---* Origin: TANSTAAFL BBS 717-838-8539 (1:270/615) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 270/615 150/220 3613/1275 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
