BS>> That was the problem, SQHDR_SIZE was needed, it's BS>> defined in msgapi.h.. And on with the latest CVS BS>> version.. BJ> Ah.... Sounds like SQHDR structure needed to be declared as a packed BJ> structure instead of adding SQHDR_SIZE..... I expect will see other BJ> code issues like this as we get things cleaned up..... BS> Yes, It's added, I did that this afternoon. BJ> Will the definition of SQHDR_SIZE work for both Unix based and MS-DOS BJ> based text? BS> That's the problem then, the same goes to XMSG_SIZE. BS>> Bob (or others), maybe we should make CVS snapshots of BS>> Squish and make a static linked executable? BJ> Are you thinking of sharing a binary? BS> Static linked, so it doesn't need DLLs / Dynamic Linked BS> Liberies, like msgapi. Sounds ok to me. BJ> If we do, we need to bump the build number right before building the BJ> binary for release. Also, with the corrections we've made to squish, BJ> we probably should bump the build number.... BS> Indeed.. We can upgrade it now. Go for it..... Concerning "releasing" stuff.... If we are going to release a binary, we should also release the source code for that binary. If I remember correctly, only Scott, Wes and myself currently have the release authorization set on the maximus project on sourceforge. Do you want to coordinate this release, of course using the sourceforge support for that?
