So the user's main email file is limited to 700MB, they get warnings at 650MB should they grow too fast. Sometimes I have to manually "archive the archive," the largest file is see is, of course, from my worst user at a little over 3GB. He'll whine and moan when I have to fix that. I've spent most of my morning putzing around with email, just got another call. Most times it is senders emailing to a bad address, but of course the blame is mine. All pain, no gain!
