Joe, I can't say that I have any experience with an underground fence for
either cats or dogs. All I know from are the ads that I have seen. Most of
them pointed out their effectiveness for Fido, but I don't know if there has
ever been a fence, electronic or otherwise, which would contain a cat with
wunderlust. Just one more reason I'm a dog owner, I guess.
