First of all Hexadecimal, Decimal, and/or Binary notation make no difference
to the final product. A value is a value regardless of how it is written 
h20,
32, &b100000, etc all end up being 32.
 
OPEN "B", #1, FileName$
PUT #1, WhereEver&, &h0000
CLOSE #1
 
That's it!
