Unfortunately that error isn't helpful. If it was crashing in a Synchronet DLL
(not ntdll.dll), that'd help isolate it. At that point, just try disabling certain servers (e.g. the mail server, the ftp server, services) until you've isolated the problem to one server and then look at its log file when the crash happens and copy/paste those last log lines here.
